GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY
Accountable for providing executive-level, confidential, and strategic administrative leadership in support of multiple Vice Presidents. This role functions as a trusted executive assistant to the Vice Presidents, enabling effective decision-making, governance support, and execution of divisional and corporate priorities. This role plays a critical role in supporting Executive Leadership Team effectiveness, Executive and Board Committee operations, and the day-to-day functioning of the Executive Office. Interfaces extensively with senior leaders, Board members, government officials, external stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring a professional, coordinated, and consistent executive office presence.

 

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Provides proactive executive support to multiple Vice Presidents.
2. Manages complex calendars, priorities, meetings, and travel.
3. Prepares briefing notes, correspondence, presentations, and reports.
4. Tracks deliverables and follows up on executive commitments.
5. Coordinates Executive and Board Committee meetings and materials.
6. Liaises with Board members, Corporate Secretary functions, and internal contributors.
7. Ensures confidentiality and adherence to governance standards.
8. Supports business planning, reporting, and executive projects.
9. Maintains executive records and document repositories.
10.Provides executive office backup and continuity support.

 

QUALIFICATIONS
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
1. Post-secondary education in Business or Office Administration.
2. Five (5) or more years of senior administrative experience supporting executives.
3. Experience supporting Board and governance processes is an asset.
4. Demonstrated independent decision-making skills.
5. Executive-level communication skills.
6. Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
7. The ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate diplomatic skills.
8. The ability to collaborate effectively and influence others.

  • Responsible for negotiation, execution and/or enforcement of contracts for obtaining goods and services related to the area of responsibility. 
  • Accountable for proactively identifying, inspiring, and acting on opportunities to innovate and drive process improvements, develop growth initiatives, and improve revenue and/or reduce costs. Driving valuable customer experiences and employee engagement, improving sustainability, and demonstrates commitment to the communities that we serve. 

 

This is an on-site position located at the location(s) above. The successful candidate must be located within the province of Saskatchewan. Out of province/country candidates must be willing to relocate. Flexible work opportunities, in province, may be available.
