We’re looking for an experienced Director of our Corporate Program Management Office (CPMO) to lead the company’s strategic initiatives. This role reports directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), giving you the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership and shape the future of a company at the forefront of digital transformation.

The Director of Corporate Program Management Office (CPMO) develops and improves processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards. This role leads project managers, provides portfolio reports, and serves as the main contact for management and executives. Responsibilities include overseeing career and education initiatives, building internal relationships, managing the Program & Project Management Office, implementing resource management processes, designing key metrics, ensuring governance, and managing business continuity and records processes.

 

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Commerce, or Engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of project management experience and PMP certification.  

 

As the ideal candidate you will have extensive knowledge in continuous improvement, strategic planning, industry best practices, and excellent project management and communication skills. Additionally, you will have knowledge of telecommunication industry, the ability to work with senior management, strong consulting skills, and experience with policies, procedures, and be a motivated team player.
