Customer Service Technician
Education and experience required:

• A level 30 Math with knowledge of install of Inside/Outside Plant
• Working knowledge of electricity, electronics, and theory of transmission
   

Field Services Technician
Education and experience required:

• Two year Technical Institute Diploma in a relevant field OR One year Certificate with 1 year of experience OR Grade 12 with a Level 30 Math with 2 years of experience
   

Trunking and Switching Technician
Education and experience required: 

• Minimum 2-year Certificate in Electronics or Computer Science OR Grade 12 with A level 30 Math and three years related experience.
